A Call for Bids was issued by the BOCC on December 16, 2019, by Resolution No. 19-372 for the Undercarriage Spray Wash Project, No. 90-17F509100443C, FEMA Project No. 4309 PW 238. The Bid Call was advertised in the Chronicle, the Seattle Journal of Commerce, and the County website. Public Works received one responsive bid on January 7, 2020 as follows:

Resolution

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 19-372, a call for bids was issued on December 16, 2019, for The Undercarriage Spray Wash Project No. 90-17F509100443C, FEMA Project No. 4309 PW 238; and

WHEREAS, bid quotations have been submitted from one contractor as follows:

WHEREAS, Rognlin's, Inc., Aberdeen, Washington, provided the lowest responsive bid quote for $88,935.00.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for The Undercarriage Spray Wash Project No. 90-17F509100443C, FEMA Project No. 4309 PW 238 be awarded to Rognlin's, Inc., Aberdeen, Washington, in the amount of $88,935.00 upon execution of a contract acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Upon presentation of such a contract, the County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
