RATIFY SIGNATURE FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ROOF REPLACEMENT CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Facilities Department has determined the roof on the Community Development Building is in need of replacement; and
WHEREAS, a bid call was issued using the Small Works roster process on April 26, 2024, and the responses were as follows:

| Washington Roofing Solutions | $119,000.00 |
| Wright Roofing | $295,350.00 |
WHEREAS, Safecover Roofing has submitted the lowest responsible bid of $114,000.00 plus tax and permit.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners hereby ratifies the signature of the Facilities Administrator on the contract with Safecover Roofing - in the amount of $114,000.00 plus tax and permit - to complete the Roof Replacement Project.
