WHEREAS, the 2020 Debt Service Fund No. 2200 was established pursuant to Resolution 20-236, which provided that the county establish a "Lewis County Limited General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2020 Debt Service Fund"; and

WHEREAS, the county issued Limited Tax General Obligation Refunding Bonds in 2020, with the sole purpose to refund the outstanding portion of the 2009 GO Bonds; and

WHEREAS, the county issued final payment on the Series 2020 bond on December 1, 2024.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that on or before December 31, 2024, the 2020 Debt Service Fund No. 2200 shall be closed.
