WHEREAS, the 2015 Debt Service Fund No. 2150 was established pursuant to Resolution 15-231, which provided that the county establish a "Lewis County Limited General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2015 Debt Service Fund"; and

WHEREAS, the county issued Limited Tax General Obligation Refunding Bonds in 2015, with the sole purpose to refund the outstanding portion of the 2005 GO Bonds; and

WHEREAS, the county issued final payment on the Series 2015 bond on December 1, 2024.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that on or before December 31, 2024, the 2015 Debt Service Fund No. 2150 shall be closed.
