APPROVING A CONTRACT TO IMPLEMENT THE RECOMMENDED CHANGES TO COUNTY OPERATIONAL TECHNOLOGY SERVICE ACCOUNTS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE SPYGLASS GROUP LLC
WHEREAS, SpyGlass has completed an operational technology accounts audit on behalf of Lewis County (see attachment); and
WHEREAS, during this audit multiple items were discovered that are negatively affecting the facilities operational budget; and
WHEREAS, executing the recommendations given by SpyGlass will result in annual savings of $58,354.32, savings to begin 12 months after implementation of changes.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the recommendations given by SpyGlass as detailed in the attached be implemented; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Facilities Administrator be authorized by the Board of County Commissioners to direct SpyGlass to move forward with executing the recommendations given.
