WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) established procedures regarding how public hearings and meetings are conducted via Resolution 94-194 and later updated the procedures via Resolution 95-486; and

WHEREAS, the BOCC wishes to update those procedures.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the BOCC hereby adopts Procedures for Conducting Public Hearings and Meetings, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
