WHEREAS, the Lewis County Auditor currently has in existence a revolving fund in the amount of $2,800.00 to conduct the daily business transactions in the various departments of the Auditor's Office authorized by Resolution 02-177; and

WHEREAS, the Lewis County Auditor has determined there is no longer a need for the Revolving Fund Checkbook account due to efficiencies created by the Munis ERP System.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the existing Lewis County Auditor Revolving Fund be reduced to $2,100.00 and be accountable in the Licensing department in the amount of $1,600.00 and the Recording & Filing department in the amount of $500.00; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Lewis County Auditor shall be the custodian of said revolving fund and shall have full responsibility for the funds and Resolution 02-177 is hereby rescinded.
