LIST THE BIDS RECEIVED AND CONTRACTOR SELECTED FOR UP TO SIX NEW PURSUIT-RATED SUVS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 24-341, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) issued a call for bids for the purchase of up to six pursuit-rated vehicles; and
WHEREAS, bid quotations (per vehicle) have been submitted by contractors as follows:

WHEREAS, Shelton CDJR provided the lowest responsive bid quote of $46,021.92 per vehicle.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a contract for the purchase of up to six pursuit-rated SUV vehicles shall be awarded to Shelton CDJR in Shelton, Washington, in the amount of $276,131.52. Upon presentation of a contract acceptable to the BOCC, the Director of Public Works (or his designee) is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
