Summary:

A call for bids for the Shorey Road Bank Stabilization, CRP-2159O, F.A. ER-2101(001), was made on May 21, 2024. The project was advertised in the Chronicle, the Daily Journal of Commerce, OMWBE web site, and OpenGov. Public Works received one responsive bid for this project on June 11, 2024.

Public Works recommends awarding this project to the lowest responsive bidder, Midway Underground LLC, Toledo, WA.

Resolution

WHEREAS, a call for bids for the Shorey Road Bank Stabilization, CRP-2159O, F.A. ER-2101(001), was made on May 21, 2024; and

WHEREAS, bid quotations have been submitted from the contractor(s) as follows:

 ; and

WHEREAS, Midway Underground LLC provided the lowest responsive bid quote of $1,736,035.00 for the Shorey Road Bank Stabilization, CRP-2159O, F.A. ER-2101(001).

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Shorey Road Bank Stabilization Project, CRP-2159O, F.A. ER-2021(001) shall be awarded to Midway Underground LLC in the amount of $1,736,035.00. Upon approval and presentation of such a contract, the County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC).
