LIST THE BIDS RECEIVED AND CONTRACTOR SELECTED FOR THE DECOMMISSIONING OF UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK AND INSTALLATION OF ABOVE-GROUND STORAGE TANK
WHEREAS, an Invitation to Bid was issued on May 6, 2024, for the removal of two underground fuel storage tanks and the installation of an above ground fuel storage tank at the Lewis County Public Works Central Shop location; and
WHEREAS, bid quotations have been submitted from contractors as follows:

WHEREAS, Peak Environmental LLC provided the lowest responsive bid quote of $414,402.60 for the fuel storage tank project at Lewis County Central Shop.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the decommissioning of two underground fuel storage tanks and installation of an above ground fuel storage tank be awarded to Peak Environmental LLC of Vancouver, Wash., in the amount of $414,402.60. Upon presentation of a contract acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), the Director of Public Works (or his designee) is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
