LIST THE BID RECEIVED AND CONTRACTOR SELECTED FOR TWO NEW CHASSIS MOUNTED ROADSIDE SPRAYER SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 24-039, a call for bids was issued by the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) on February 6, 2024, for the purchase of two new chassis mounted roadside sprayer systems; and
WHEREAS, a bid quotation has been submitted by one contractor as follows:

WHEREAS, Norstar Industries Inc. provided the lowest responsive bid quote of $259,245.00 for two new chassis mounted roadside sprayer systems.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a contract for the purchase of two new chassis mounted roadside sprayer systems shall be awarded to Norstar Industries Inc. of Auburn, Wash., in the amount of $259,245.00. Upon presentation of a contract acceptable to the BOCC, the Director of Public Works (or his designee) is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
