LISTING THE BIDS RECEIVED AND CONTRACTOR SELECTED FOR THE BERWICK CREEK AT LOGAN HILL FISH PASSAGE MP 0.103 BARRIER REMOVAL, CMP 1805, FEDERAL AID PROJECT NO. PROTECT-2021(076)
WHEREAS, a call for bids was issued November 21, 2023, for the Berwick Creek at Logan Hill Fish Passage MP 0.103 Barrier Removal, CMP 1805, Federal Aid Project No. PROTECT-2021(076); and
WHEREAS, bid quotations have been submitted from the contractors as follows:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Berwick Creek at Logan Hill Fish Passage MP 0.103 Barrier Removal, CMP 1805, Federal Aid Project No. PROTECT-2021(076), shall be awarded to Active Construction in the amount of $1,897,897.00 upon the execution of a contract acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) and upon WSDOT approval of the DBE goal review. Upon approval and presentation of such a contract, the County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
