Resolution

WHEREAS, Lewis County is renovating a building located at 121 N.W. Chehalis Ave. in Chehalis for the community development and environmental health offices and staff; and

WHEREAS, bids were received through OpenGov.com due on December 11, 2023, using the sealed bid settings. The responses were as follows:

Sova Construction LLC	Spanaway, WA	$62,461.06

WHEREAS, it appears Sova Construction LLC of Spanaway, WA, has submitted the lowest responsive bid of $62,461.06 plus tax; and

WHEREAS, a contract has been issued (as attached) to Sova Construction, LLC and signed by the Capital Facilities Manager to proceed with the construction work.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners hereby ratifies the signature of the Capital Facilities Manager on the attached contract and authorizes the construction work to be performed.
