Resolution

WHEREAS, Lewis County is renovating a building located at 121 N.W. Chehalis Ave. in Chehalis for the community development and environmental health offices and staff; and

WHEREAS, bids were received through OpenGov.com due on December 1, 2023, using the sealed bid settings. The responses were as follows:

WHEREAS, it appears S & W Painting of Chehalis, WA, has submitted the lowest responsive bid of $73,400 plus tax; and

WHEREAS, a contract has been issued (as attached) to S & W Painting and signed by the Capital Facilities Manager  to proceed with the construction work.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners hereby ratifies the signature of the Capital Facilities Manager on the attached contract and authorizes the construction work to be performed.
