WHEREAS, Lewis County established a petty cash fund in the amount of $100 for the Public Works "Till Cash Fund" via Resolution No. 06-324 to provide cash for the Roads department; and

WHEREAS, the Roads department has determined these funds are no longer needed.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the petty cash fund established by Resolution No. 06-324, currently in the control of the Public Works department, will be dissolved and the $100.00 contained in this fund will be returned for deposit at the Lewis County’s Treasurer’s Office into the Roads Fund 1170.
