Resolution

WHEREAS, Resolution 21-150 established the 2021 Construction Fund - Juvenile Justice Center Fund No. 3200 to account for the construction, and installation of improvements to the Juvenile Justice Center using the proceeds from the Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds, Series 2021; and

WHEREAS, the Juvenile Justice Center construction and renovation work is complete and the fund has been expended to a zero balance; and

WHEREAS, it is reasonable to close the 2021 Construction Fund - Juvenile Justice Center Fund No. 3200 with no residual cash to transfer.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the 2021 Construction Fund - Juvenile Justice Center Fund No. 3200 shall be closed as of December 31, 2023.
