Resolution

WHEREAS, Lewis County established a petty cash fund in the amount of $100 for the Public Works GIS division via Resolution No. 06-338 to provide cash at the GIS office; and

WHEREAS, due to the relocation of the Public Works department to 57 W Main Street, the additional petty cash funds are no longer needed.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the petty cash fund established by Resolution No. 06-338, currently in the control of the Public Works department, will be dissolved and the $100.00 contained in this fund will be returned for deposit at the Lewis County’s Treasurer’s Office into the Roads Fund 1170.
