LIST THE BIDS RECEIVED AND CONTRACTOR SELECTED FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLUMBING ROUGH AND FINISH PROJECT, 31-2102-PLUMB
WHEREAS, Lewis County is currently in need of a plumbing contractor to install the rough and finish plumbing for the Community Development Renovation Project, and a Small Works bid call was issued through the OpenGov procurement website; and
WHEREAS, Bids received were as follows:

WHEREAS, Water Doctor of Washington has provided the only responsive bid and the bid appears reasonable. Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners accept the bid and award the contract to Water Doctor of Washington for the Community Development Plumbing Rough and Finish.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the BOCC hereby awards the bid for the Community Development Plumbing Rough and Finish Project, 31-2102-Plumb to Water Doctor of Washington for a contract not to exceed $151,502.49.
