APPROVE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENTS BETWEEN LEWIS COUNTY AND THE CITY OF CHEHALIS FIRE, CITY OF CHEHALIS POLICE, CITY OF WINLOCK, CITY OF MORTON, CITY OF TOLEDO, RIVERSIDE FIRE AUTHORITY, LEWIS COUNTY FIRE DISTRICTS 1, 2, 5, 6, 11 AND 14 FOR SUPPORT OF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, Lewis County Radio Services, a division of 911 Communications, provides radio communications systems and equipment support and maintenance on the Lewis County radio system; and
WHEREAS, the public safety users of the Lewis County radio system own radio equipment that interfaces to the County system that needs to be repaired and maintained to meet operational standards; and
WHEREAS, Lewis County Radio Services can provide support of user radio communications equipment and systems to ensure end to end functionality of the system for users.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the 911 Director to sign interlocal agreements using the attached form for support of radio communications equipment and systems with the City of Chehalis Fire, City of Chehalis Police, City of Winlock, City of Morton, City of Toledo, Riverside Fire Authority and Lewis County Fire Districts 1, 2, 5, 6, 11 and 14.
