WHEREAS, Lewis County is renovating a building located at 121 N.W. Chehalis Ave. in Chehalis to house the Community Development and Environmental Health offices and staff; and

WHEREAS, these new office configurations preclude the re-use of the existing office furniture in an appropriate manner; and

WHEREAS, Lewis County is a member of the BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative (Res. 22-399) and has solicited an appropriate furniture package from National Business Furniture under the above contract; and

WHEREAS, a Purchase Order has been issued to and signed by the County Manager to purchase the furniture package from National Business Furniture.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners hereby ratifies the signature of the Purchase Order and authorizes the purchase of furniture for the aforementioned project.
