Summary:

This resolution will ratify a contract supplemental agreement that cumulatively increases a contract's maximum amount payable by $120,000, thus bringing the maximum amount payable for the Annual Cultural Resources Services consultant agreement (ACCR-2022) with Aqua Terra Cultural Resource Consultants to $220,000.

Resolution

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 23-233, Directors, Administrators, or designee may sign procurement contracts, amendments, and change orders that total or create a cumulative project total of $50,000 to $350,000, provided that the contract or amendment is approved by the Board of County Commissioners via resolution; and

WHEREAS, ratification of Supplemental Agreement Number 1 is needed to increase ACCR-2022's maximum amount payable by $120,000 to a new maximum amount payable of $220,000 for task orders related to: cultural resources assessments and surveys, archaeological excavation permits, project specific monitoring plans, construction monitoring and monitoring reports for future task orders.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Supplemental Agreement Number 1 to contract ACCR-2022 is ratified, bringing the total value of ACCR-2022 to $220,000.
