Resolution
APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT A BETWEEN LEWIS COUNTY AND COMMUNITY ACTION COUNCIL OF LEWIS, MASON, AND THURSTON COUNTIES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), of Lewis County, Washington, has reviewed amendment #C06-0056-19-A between Lewis County and Community Action Council of Lewis, Mason, & Thurston Counties; and
WHEREAS, additional funding of $64,887 from Document Recording Fee funds (2163) will be added to provide targeted services to homeless and at-risk persons in Lewis County for a total of $194,661; and
WHEREAS, this contract shall be extended through June 30, 2020; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract for Lewis County.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that contract amendment #C06-0056-19-A between Lewis County and Community Action Council of Lewis, Mason, & Thurston Counties for $64,887 and extended from January 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020, is hereby approved and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
