Resolution

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) of Lewis County, Washington, has reviewed contract amendment A between Lewis County and Housing Resource Center, #H02-0066-19-A; and

WHEREAS, additional funding is available in the amount of $220,567.16 for a total of $441,134.32 to provide essential needs, case management, and rapid rehousing services to those who are literally or at imminent risk of homelessness in Lewis County; and

WHEREAS, the agreement will be extended through June 30, 2020; and

WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract for Lewis County.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that amendment #A between Lewis County and Housing Resource Center adding $220,567 for a total of $441,134.32 effective through June 30, 2020, is hereby approved and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
