Resolution

WHEREAS, RCW 36.81.121 allows the currently adopted 2023-2028 Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and 2023 Annual Construction Program (ACP) to be amended at any time by a majority of the legislative authority, but only after a public hearing thereon; and

WHEREAS, the amended 2023-2028 TIP and 2023 ACP for road and bridge construction have been reviewed by the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) of Lewis County Washington; and

WHEREAS, the amended 2023-2028 Six-Year TIP and 2023 ACP adjust the programs to reflect a recent federal funding award of $2,200,000 for the 2023 County Safety Program, and updates information and funding sources for all projects.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the BOCC that the amended 2023-2028 Six-Year TIP and 2023 ACP are hereby adopted, after a public hearing was held pursuant thereon.
