LIST THE BIDS RECEIVED AND CONTRACTOR SELECTED FOR THE IT EMERGENCY GENERATOR
WHEREAS, there is a requirement to provide emergency power to the new IT Building in the event of a power outage or other emergency and to provide for this event plans and specifications were developed by KMB and their design team; and
WHEREAS, a small works bid call was issued through OpenGov to supply said unit and installation and startup; and
WHEREAS, bids were received as follows:

| Taurus Industries | $160,000 |
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Elite Electrical Contracting has submitted the lowest bid and is awarded the contract for the IT Emergency Generator Project; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Doug Carey, Capital Facilities Manager, is authorized to sign the attached contract on behalf of the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners.
