LIST THE BIDS RECEIVED AND ISSUE A NOTICE OF AWARD FOR THE IT BUILDING STRUCTURAL UPGRADE PROJECT, PROJECT 31-2106-STRUC1
WHEREAS, Lewis County is renovating a building located at 185 NW Chehalis Ave. to house the IT Services Department, and evaluation of the structure has indicated some minor structural upgrades are required to support roof loads; and
WHEREAS, Lewis County submitted a Small Works bid call through OpenGov using plans, specification and engineered drawings developed by Exodus Engineering and the results were as follows:

WHEREAS, Tundra Construction has provided the lowest responsive bid, and staff recommends that they be awarded the contract for the structural upgrade.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners hereby awards the contract for the IT Structural Upgrade project to Tundra Construction, LLC; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the BOCC authorizes Doug Carey, Capital Facilities Manager, to sign the attached contract on behalf of the BOCC.
