Resolution

WHEREAS, replacement of a culvert is necessary on Labree Road at Berwick Creek; and

WHEREAS, the culvert replacement will require additional right of way from two adjacent landowners; and

WHEREAS, this project is priority number 2 within the adopted and amended 2023-2028 Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program; and

WHEREAS, this project is a necessary improvement and will benefit the public; and

WHEREAS, this resolution instructs the County Engineer to acquire additional road right of way as shown on the attached Exhibit from two landowners along Bishop Road for the project.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Engineer is instructed to acquire all necessary right of way and is authorized to sign documents for the culvert replacement on Bishop Road in Section 15, Township 13N, Range 2 West, W.M., and directs that all such acquisitions be in accordance with adopted procedures as per Resolution 20-149.
