Resolution

WHEREAS, replacement of a culvert is necessary on Bunker Creek Road MP 2.681 at Van Ornum Creek; and

WHEREAS, the culvert replacement will require temporary easements from two adjacent landowners; and

WHEREAS, this project is priority number 2 within the adopted and amended 2023-2028 Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program; and

WHEREAS, this project is a necessary improvement and will benefit the public; and

WHEREAS, this resolution instructs the County Engineer to acquire temporary easements as shown on the attached Exhibit from two property owners along Bunker Creek Road.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Engineer is instructed to acquire all necessary right of way and is authorized to sign documents necessary for the culvert replacement project on Bunker Hill Road in Section 5, Township 13 North, Range 3 West, W.M., and directs that all such acquisitions be in accordance with adopted procedures as per Resolution 20-149.
