Resolution

WHEREAS, the Fleet Services Division of the Lewis County Public Works Department has determined that two lowboy trailers in the fleet are in need of replacement; and

WHEREAS, these two lowboy trailers have been scheduled and budgeted for replacement in 2024 and will be purchased with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) funds; and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) wishes to issue a call for bids for two new lowboy trailers for the Public Works Road division.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Public Works Department is instructed to prepare a call for bids and contract specifications for two new lowboy trailers.

Bids for this proposal shall be submitted online in OpenGov, which can be accessed at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/lewiscountywa. Bids are due by 12:30 p.m. September 28, 2023, and will be opened at or after 12:30 p.m. on September 28, 2023.
