Resolution
IN THE MATTER OF WARRANTS AND/OR PAYROLL FOR PAYMENTS OF CLAIMS AGAINST VARIOUS COUNTY DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, certain funds were appropriated in the 2023 General Fund departments and other Funds appropriated budgets for payment of claims against the County; and
WHEREAS, the following warrants numbered 876,694-876,729, 876,908, and 877,128-877,181 were issued on behalf of Special Purpose Districts as approved by their Commissions and are noted as a skip in sequence.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that warrants numbered 876,730-
876,907, 876,909-877,127, 877,182-877,494 and direct disbursements numbered 12259-12265 (717 warrants/direct disbursements combined) issued the week of November 3-16, 2023, are approved for a total payment against the County in the amount of $5,175,527.77; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the payroll/tax deposit warrants numbered 796,119-796,122 and Automatic Deposits numbered 61,154-61,734 (585 combined total warrants/AD), dated November 9 and 13, 2023, are approved for a total payment against the county in the amount of
$1,265,841.13.
