Resolution
APPOINTMENT OF MEMBER TO THE LEWIS COUNTY SOLID WASTE ADVISORY COMMITTEE AND SETTING TERMS THEREOF
WHEREAS, RCW 70.95 provides for the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to appoint a committee to advise the BOCC on solid waste matters; and
WHEREAS, Terry Harris will transition from representing the City of Chehalis as an elected official to serving as a citizen; and
WHEREAS, the BOCC wishes to appoint Terry Harris as a new member as a citizen.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following individual is hereby appointed to the Solid Waste Advisory Committee representing the interests of business effective immediately for the term indicated below:
