Resolution

WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) adopted the Lewis County Employee Handbook for non-represented employees effective March 12, 2018, through Resolution 18-099; and

WHEREAS, Lewis County recognizes that revisions and updates will be necessary from time to time; and

WHEREAS, the BOCC wishes to amend the Employee Handbook Section 30; and

WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best interest of Lewis County to approve and update the Lewis County Employee Handbook.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners hereby amends Section 30 of the Lewis County Employee Handbook as attached.
