Summary:A call for bids for the Pigeon Springs Road HMA Project, CRP 2200C was made on June 1, 2023. The project was advertised in the Chronicle and on Lewis County's website. Public Works received three bids for this project on June 22, 2023. Lakeside Industries, Inc. provided the lowest responsive bid of $339,296.00. The Engineer's Estimate for this project was $435,605.00.
Public Works recommends awarding this project to the lowest responsive bidder, Lakeside Industries, Inc.

LIST THE BIDS RECEIVED AND CONTRACTOR SELECTED FOR THE PIGEON SPRINGS ROAD HMA PROJECT, CRP 2200C
WHEREAS, a call for bids was issued June 1, 2023, for the Pigeon Springs Road HMA Project, CRP 2200C; and
WHEREAS, bid quotations have been submitted from three contractors as follows:

WHEREAS, Lakeside Industries provided the lowest responsive bid quote of $339,296.00 for the Pigeon Springs Road HMA Project, CRP 2200C.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Pigeon Springs Road HMA Project, CRP 2200C, shall be awarded to Lakeside Industries Inc. in the amount of $339,296.00 upon the execution of a contract acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Upon presentation of such a contract, the County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
