The Bid Call was advertised in the Chronicle, the Seattle Journal of Commerce, and the County website. Public Works received two responsive bids on November 12, 2019.

Resolution

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 19-298, a call for bids was issued on October 21, 2019, for five (5) 40-foot waterproof storage containers; and

WHEREAS, bid quotations have been submitted from contractors as follows:

WHEREAS, Technology International, Inc. provided the lowest responsive bid quote for $35,035.00 for five (5) 40-foot storage containers.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the five (5) 40-foot storage containers be awarded to Technology International, Inc. in the amount of $35,035.00 upon execution of a contract acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Upon presentation of such a contract, the County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
