Resolution

WHEREAS, in accordance of RCW 39.04.155, a call for bids for the 2021 County Safety Program, F.A. Project No. HSIP 000S(610), 10-2196, in Lewis County was made on May 4, 2023; and

WHEREAS, bid quotations were submitted on May 25, 2023, from contractors and calculated as follows:

 ; and

WHEREAS, Midway Underground, LLC provided the lowest responsive bid quote of $874,138.50 for the 2021 County Safety Program, F.A. Project No. HSIP 000S(610), 10-2196.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the 2021 County Safety Program, F.A. Project No. HSIP 000S(610), 10-2196, in Lewis County shall be awarded to Midway Underground, LLC in the amount of $874,138.50, upon the execution of a contract acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Upon presentation of such a contract, the County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
