Lewis County Public Works recommends that the contract for the Ferrier Road Bridge Damage Repair Project, 15-2301, be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder, Massana Construction, Inc.

Resolution

WHEREAS, in accordance of RCW 39.04.155, a call for bids for the Ferrier Road Bridge Damage Repair, 15-2301, in Lewis County was made on April 20, 2023; and

WHEREAS, bid quotations were submitted on May 11, 2023, from contractors and calculated as follows:

WHEREAS, Massana Construction Inc. provided the lowest responsive bid quote of $137,915.00 for the Ferrier Road Bridge Damage Repair Project, 15-2301.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Ferrier Road Bridge Damage Repair Project, 15-2301, in Lewis County shall be awarded to Massana Construction Inc. in the amount of $137,915.00, upon the execution of a contract acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Upon presentation of such a contract, the County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
