WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) needs to elect a Chair and Vice Chair for the year 2020; and

WHEREAS, each of the three County Commissioners has an equal vote on the matter; and

WHEREAS, the Commissioners believe it is in the best public interest to appoint Gary Stamper as Chair and Edna J. Fund as Vice Chair for the year 2020.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners hereby appoints Gary Stamper as Chair and Edna J. Fund as Vice Chair of the BOCC for the year 2020.
