WHEREAS, in accordance of RCW 39.04.155, a call for bids for the Little Hanaford Road MP 4.1 Slide Repair Project, 90-22F171510410, in Lewis County was made on April 20, 2023; and
WHEREAS, bid quotations were submitted on May 11, 2023, from contractors and calculated as follows:

WHEREAS, Sterling Breen Crushing provided the lowest responsive bid quote of $588,802.10 for the Little Hanaford Road MP 4.1 Slide Repair Project, 90-22F171510410.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Little Hanaford Road MP 4.1 Slide Repair Project, 90-22F171510410 in Lewis County shall be awarded to Sterling Breen Crushing in the amount of $588,802.10, upon the execution of a contract acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Upon presentation of such a contract, the County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
