ACCEPT THE AMENDED CONTRACT BETWEEN LEWIS COUNTY AND WASHINGTON STATE MILITARY DEPARTMENT FOR FEMA EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE GRANT AND AUTHORIZE SIGNATURES THEREON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has reviewed the amended agreement between Lewis County Washington and the Washington Military Department for FEMA Emergency management Performance Grant (EMPG) #E23-188; and
WHEREAS, the contract amount increased from $49,069 to $50,251 (an increase of $1,182) due to a calculation error in the initial award amount; and
WHEREAS, there is no change to the original Workplan.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the BOCC here by approves the amended agreement between Lewis County and the Washington State Military Department with an increase of $1,182 to the original budget; and delegates authority to Lewis County Commissioner Sean Swope to sign amended agreement #E23-188 on behalf of Lewis County.
