WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) created the East Lewis County Public Development Authority (ELCPDA) via Ordinance 1149 on May 20, 1996; and

WHEREAS, the BOCC appointed Dennis Riebe to complete Hazelanna McMahan's unexpired term ending April 1, 2023, via Resolution 22-368; and

WHEREAS, members of the ELCPDA serve staggered three-year terms; and

WHEREAS, Dennis Riebe has expressed a willingness to continue serving on the ELCPDA; and

WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to reappoint the Dennis Riebe to the ELCPDA Board of Directors.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED Dennis Riebe is hereby reappointed to the ELCPDA Board of Directors to fill a three-year term ending April 1, 2026.
