WHEREAS, drilling and slide monitoring is necessary on Burnett Road MP 0.468 and Spencer Road MP 5.172 to 5.276; and

WHEREAS, the drilling and monitoring will require temporary easements from adjacent property owners; and

WHEREAS, this project is a necessary improvement and will benefit the public; and

WHEREAS, this resolution instructs the County Engineer to acquire temporary easements, as shown in the attached Exhibits, from two property owners along Burnett Road and four property owners along Spencer Road for the projects.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Engineer is instructed to acquire all necessary right of way and is authorized to sign documents necessary for the drilling and monitoring of the Burnett Road slide at MP 0.468 and Spencer Road slide at MP 5.172 to 5.276, and all such acquisitions shall be in accordance with adopted procedures as per Resolution 20-149.
