APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO SIGN A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PRECISION APPROACH ENGINEERING INC. FOR A FUELING SYSTEM AT THE SOUTH LEWIS COUNTY AIRPORT IN TOLEDO
WHEREAS, a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) was published in the Chronicle and Daily Journal of Commerce (Seattle) on October 20 and 27, 2022, for the procurement, site development, and installation of a new above ground AVGAS 100LL Fueling System at the South Lewis County (Toledo) Airport in Toledo, Wash.; and
WHEREAS, the County selected Precision Approach Engineering, Inc., with supporting sub-consultants (collectively referred to as the Consultant) as the most qualified consultant for the procurement, site development, and installation of the new above-ground AVGAS 100LL Fueling System at the South Lewis County (Toledo) Airport.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) approves the contract in the amount of $287,300.00 with Precision Approach Engineering Inc. for the procurement, site development, and installation of the new above ground AVGAS 100LL Fueling System at the South Lewis County (Toledo) Airport in Toledo, Wash..
