Resolution

WHEREAS, Lewis County Juvenile Court employees regularly represent their department's position in court and also are required to wear specific uniform clothing while working in detention; and

WHEREAS, the Lewis County Juvenile Court represented employees in the Probation, GAL, and Detention departments receive an annual $200 clothing reimbursement to assist in the purchasing of court-required clothing; and

WHEREAS, the Lewis County Juvenile Probation Manager, GAL Program/Office Manager and Detention Manager regularly represent the department in court or work the floor in detention in the same manner as the represented employees.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Lewis County Juvenile Court Juvenile Court Probation Manager, Detention Manager and GAL Program/Office Manager shall be reimbursed up to $200 (two hundred dollars) each calendar year for the purchase of courtroom attire or detention attire.
