WHEREAS, replacement of a culvert is necessary on Logan Hill Road MP 0.103 at Berwick Creek; and

WHEREAS, the culvert replacement will require temporary easements from two adjacent owners; and

WHEREAS, this project is a necessary improvement and will benefit the public; and

WHEREAS, this resolution instructs the County Engineer to acquire temporary easements as shown on the attached Exhibit from two property owners along Logan Hill Road for the project.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Engineer is instructed to acquire all necessary right of way and is authorized to sign documents necessary for the culvert replacement project on Logan Hill Road in Section 11, Township 13 North, Range 2 West, W.M., and directs that all such acquisitions be in accordance with adopted procedures as per Resolution 20-149.
