WHEREAS, replacement of a culvert is necessary on Graf Road MP 1.34 at Scammon Creek; and

WHEREAS, the culvert replacement will require additional road right of way from three adjacent property owners; and

WHEREAS, this project is a necessary improvement and will benefit the public; and

WHEREAS, this resolution instructs the County Engineer to acquire additional road right of way as shown on the attached Exhibit from three property owners along Graf Road for the project.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Engineer is instructed to acquire all necessary right of way and is authorized to sign documents necessary for the culvert replacement project on Graf Road in Section 13, Township 14N, Range 3 West, W.M., and directs that all such acquisitions be in accordance with adopted procedures as per Resolution 20-149.
