WHEREAS, replacement of a culvert is necessary on Kruger Road MP 1.2 at a tributary of the Middle Fork of the Newaukum River; and

WHEREAS, the culvert replacement will require additional road right of way from two adjacent property owners, and temporary easements from a total of five adjacent owners; and

WHEREAS, this project is a necessary improvement and will benefit the public; and

WHEREAS, this resolution instructs the County Engineer to acquire additional road right of way as shown on the attached Exhibit from two property owners along Kruger Road for the project.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Engineer is instructed to acquire all necessary right of way and is authorized to sign documents necessary for the culvert replacement project on Kruger Road in Section 18, Township 13 North, Range 1 East, W.M., and directs that all such acquisitions be in accordance with adopted procedures as per Resolution 20-149.
