This resolution approves a non-exclusive license renewal to Sprint Communications Company for the installation, construction, operation, and maintenance of telecommunications facilities within the road rights-of-way of unincorporated Lewis County.

WHEREAS, Lewis County Code 12.20, 12.35 and RCW 36.55 require that all utility installations in county road rights-of-way be authorized by a license from Lewis County; and

WHEREAS, an application for a license has been received by the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) from Sprint Communications Company to install, construct, operate and maintain telecommunications facilities in Lewis County rights-of-way; and

WHEREAS, a hearing was set for February 21, 2023, by Resolution 23-032, dated January 31, 2023, and all required notices were given to the public.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the BOCC approves the Resolution to grant a license to Sprint Communications Company to install, construct, operate and maintain telecommunication facilities in Lewis County rights-of-way.
