Resolution

WHEREAS, Resolution 17-153 established the Lewis County Public Health & Social Services (PHSS) Advisory Board; and

WHEREAS, membership on the Board shall be comprised of nine members.  With the expiration of two members’ terms on December 31, 2019, and one vacant position, Rebekah Miner and Linda Williams have expressed an interest in being reappointed; and Christi Lucas has expressed an interest and willingness to serve on the Lewis County PHSS Advisory Board effective January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2022; and

WHEREAS, the Board needs members to fill these positions; and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed applications of the above individuals and recommends appointment to the PHSS Advisory Board.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that Rebekah Miner and Linda Williams be reappointed and Christi Lucas be appointed to the PHSS Advisory Board from January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2022.
