WHEREAS, Lewis County issued a bid using the Small Works Roster process to provide a building to house the East County Sheriffs Substation and vehicle storage; and

WHEREAS, the bids received were as follows:

WHEREAS, it appears the bid from Midway Underground is responsive and is the low bid.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the East County Sheriff's Substation Project be awarded to Midway Underground of Toledo WA. ; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Capital Facilities Manager be authorized to sign said contract on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners.
