Resolution

WHEREAS, Lewis County has a Civil Service Commission as outlined in RCW 41.14; and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) appointed Candi Faupell of Chehalis to fill an unexpired term on the Civil Service Commission via Resolution 22-023 on Jan. 25, 2022; and

WHEREAS, the unexpired term ends Dec. 31, 2022, and Candi Faupell has expressed an interest and a willingness to continue serving on the Civil Service Commission; and

WHEREAS, the BOCC wishes to reappoint Candi Faupell to the Civil Service Commission for a six-year term expiring December 31, 2028.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the BOCC hereby reappoints Candi Faupell to the Civil Service Commission effective immediately to fill a six-year term expiring December 31, 2028.
